Due to the personal nature of our products, for your protection, all sales are final. We can not exchange or accept returns on an item unless there was a mistake on our end. We develop our products for our use and benefit, as well as for yours. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we wouldn't sell it to you.

As all of our products are hand-made in small batches there will be slight variations in size, weight, color, scents and designs. That's part of what makes a handmade item so delightful.

Natural Products Are More Heat Sensitive

One of our biggest challenges is controlling the affect of outside temperature. 

​

Our goal is to create the best natural, wholesome, nourishing skincare possible, so we formulate our products without artificial preservatives, synthetic stabilizers, emulsifiers or synthetic waxes.

​

Commercial products must have a long shelf-life and cannot melt or change consistency so they contain phthalates and preservatives.  Chemicals and other additives are used to ensure that their products maintain the same consistency through all temperature variations. Our natural products do not contain these or any other synthetic additives. Please see our FAQ page for more detail on some of these chemicals.

  

Our Facility is Temperature & Humidity Controlled so the Condensation That May Occur Happens During Shipping

During very warm weather, some products may develop slight water condensation during their travels or after their arrival while sitting outside on your warm porch or in your mailbox. This will not affect the product quality in any way and will dry completely in a short amount of time.
